Yield: 8 servings
1 310 g;
(11oz) can mandarin segments
1
225 g; (8oz) can pineapple
1 pk Lime jelly
2 c Cold water
1 c Seedless
grapes
Drain fruit. Boil 2 cups water, add jelly, dissolve,
then stir in cold water. Add fruit, Pour mixture
into glass bowls and refrigerate.

2. Recipe: Jacklyn's Pistachio-Mint Cake

Yield: 1 Recipe -- Mary Wilson BWVB02B
1 pk -- 2 layer
yellow cake mix
1 pk Pistachio
pudding (4 serving Jello)
1/2 ts Peppermint extract
8 dr Green food
coloring
1 c Chocolate
chips; coarsely chopped
20 -- 24 chocolate-covered
thin mints
Combine cake mix, pudding, eggs, water, oil, extract
and food coloring in bowl. Blend, then beat at
medium speed for 4 minutes. Stir in chocolate chips.
Pour into greased and floured 13- by 9-inch pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. (Cake is done
when it pulls away from side of pan. Do not
underbake.) Remove cake from oven. Place the
chocolate covered thin mints over the top. Use
enough mints to cover top completely. Return to oven
for 3 minutes. Remove cake and spread out mint with
knife or spatula. Cool and cut in squares. Source:

Yield: 2 Cups
2 c Prepared
mustard
1 sm Onion; finely
chopped
1
To 2 jalapeno peppers;seeded and minced
1 ds Salt
1 tb White vinegar
Garnish: minced jalapeno pepper
: Combine first 5 ingredients, stirring well.
Garnish, if desired. Yield: 2 cups. Jean Cole of

4. Recipe: "Jammy
Muffins"

Yield: 12 Muffins
2 tb AM Unrefined Vegetable Oil
1/4 c Raw honey
2 c Whole Grain Bran Muffin Mix (Arrowhead
Mills)
1 Egg beaten or egg replacer
1 c Water
Prepare Whole Grain Bran Muffin Mix according to
package directions. Before baking, spoon 1 teaspoon
apple butter (or favorite flavor) into center of the
unbaked muffin. Bake at 350 degrees F. for 25-30
minutes.

5. Joy's Quick Cracker Snacks
Serves: 1
Ingredients:
22 oz Nabisco oyster crackers
1 c Olive oil
1 pk [10oz] dry salad dressing-mix [lite if
possible] [your choice of flavors]
Instructions:
1) Put the oyster crackers in a LARGE mixing bowl
that has a cover, then sprinkle the dry salad
dressing mix over the top.

2) Pour the olive oil over the top of the
cracker/dressing mix and cover with the lid.

Shake, mix, blend or what ever for approx 30 min.
then serve.

Make several different flavors of this recipe
(using ½ the amounts and different shape
crackers) and then combine all of the different
flavored crackers in one container.
